American Girl Dallas retail store and Café is looking for a dynamic individual as Part-Time Server (30 Hours, benefitted) to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining experience to our Café guests. Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• One to two years of experience in a high-volume and/or fine dining restaurant.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform guests of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and accommodate allergies.
• Address customer concerns and requests in a professional manner.
• Provide efficient service, upsell, and deliver/check orders; use Infogenesis POS.
• Follow local health and safety guidelines.
• Assist team during events and store activities.
