Job summary

Lexus Escondido is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Café Ambassador for the Culture Café team. You will welcome guests, assist with beverage preparation, and share menu knowledge in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset. Training is provided for the right candidate and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service in retail, hospitality, restaurant, café, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-first mindset and strong service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Barista experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and cafe offerings.
• Educate customers on menu items and offer recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.
• Assist with daily café operations during scheduled shifts.
