Job summary

Courtesy Automotive Group seeks a friendly Cafe Associate to join our team in Phoenix. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and food items while maintaining a clean cafe environment.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience in customer service or barista work is preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making changes.
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respectfully, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks per recipes and standards.
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, pastries, and salads, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area and seating.
• Restock supplies including food items, cups, lids, and condiments.
• Follow health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning tasks.
• Strive to enhance the customer experience with personalized service.

Courtseis seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
