Job summary

Wake Technical Community College is expanding its pool of part-time faculty to teach non-degree Workforce Continuing Education courses covering occupational roles, specializations, skills, and industry-recognized credentials in the Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Intelligence Architect/Developer pathways.

Courses may be delivered on campus, through Microsoft Teams, at employer or community sites, or in another format based on needs.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree required or equivalent.
• Five years of professional work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, industry experience, teaching experience, and credentials may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares course plans and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives and credential requirements.
• Delivers instruction in in-person, live-online, blended, or other approved formats.
• Assesses student learning and provides feedback on progress toward outcomes.
• Maintains attendance, grades, rosters, and required records by deadlines.
• Creates a safe, inclusive, organized, and professional learning environment.
