Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree required.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry credentials may be considered.
• Experience teaching in Workforce Continuing Education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare course plans and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives, competencies, contact hours, and credential requirements.
• Deliver instruction in-person, live-online, blended, or other College-approved formats.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback on progress toward course outcomes.
• Maintain attendance, grades, rosters, and required records by deadlines.
• Create a safe, inclusive, organized, and professional learning environment.
• Use College-approved instructional technologies and current industry practices to support student learning.
• Communicate course expectations, schedules, grading criteria, credential requirements, and student progress clearly.
• Maintain current subject-matter expertise and participate in orientation, training, evaluation, meetings, and professional development.
• Collaborate with College personnel to maintain course quality, meet program requirements and support student completion and department, division, and College goals.
