Uses College-approved instructional technologies and current industry practices to support student learning and workforce readiness
Communicates course expectations, schedules, grading criteria, credential requirements, and student progress clearly and consistently
Maintains current subject-matter expertise and participates in required orientation, training, evaluation, meetings, and professional development
Strong oral, written, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, employers, and community partners
Proficiency with the hardware, software, platforms, tools, and technical processes used in teaching assignments
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical instruction for learners with varied backgrounds and levels of experience
Ability to develop measurable learning objectives, instructional materials, demonstrations, hands-on labs, applied projects, and assessments
Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and use Microsoft 365 and other College-approved instructional and collaboration systems
Ability to complete all required documentation, onboarding activities, compliance training, and instructional preparation by established deadlines
Current technical knowledge demonstrated through recent employment, teaching, or certification
