The instructor will maintain subject matter expertise in data mining, data management, BI tools, dashboards, and intelligent systems, while delivering personalized learning and student coaching to help students achieve career goals.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree required (doctorate).
• Two+ years college teaching experience preferred with online instruction using Blackboard.
• Desire to experience modern teaching and learning models.
• Integrity and work ethic.
• Strong relationship-building with students and colleagues.
• Affinity for higher education mission.
• Computer skills: Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide online instruction to students in alignment with course outcomes and syllabi.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in data mining, data management, BI tools, dashboards, and intelligent systems.
• Adhere to university policies and course guidelines.
• Evaluate student performance and post grades in course systems.
• Engage students actively and conduct end-of-class close loop meetings if required.
