Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree is required.
• Five years of professional work experience is required.
• Equivalent combination of education, industry experience, teaching experience may be considered.
• Availability to teach the full assigned schedule and complete onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares course plans and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives, competencies, and credential requirements.
• Delivers instruction in in-person, live-online, blended, or other approved formats.
• Assesses student learning and provides timely feedback on progress toward course outcomes.
• Maintains accurate attendance, grades, rosters, and required records by deadlines.
• Creates a safe, inclusive, organized, and professional learning environment.
• Uses College-approved instructional technologies and current industry practices to support learning and workforce readiness.
• Communicates course expectations, schedules, grading criteria, and credential requirements clearly.
• Maintains current subject-matter expertise and participates in orientation, training, evaluation, and professional development.
• Collaborates with College personnel to meet program requirements and College goals.
