Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related work experience or specialized training may be considered.
• Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for every class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor progress using assessments.
• Report SAP to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Engage in professional development activities.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
