Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender at our LivWell location in Broomfield, CO. You will provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and help customers make informed cannabis purchases.

The role emphasizes compliance with state and local regulations, accurate cash handling with our POS, and teamwork with store staff. Experience in retail or cannabis knowledge is a plus, with at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate customers on product effects and safe consumption.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
