Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service and tailored product recommendations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and safe usage.
• Maintain neat displays, up-to-date product knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle cash transactions using the POS system and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team and assist Management with daily tasks as needed.
