Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service and tailor recommendations to individual preferences.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, usage, effects, and safe consumption practices.
• Maintain clean displays, stay informed on product releases and regulations, and process sales with POS accuracy.
