Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders if needed.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with warmth and provide assistance on product styles, features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling omni-channel service standards.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit offers and in-the-moment feedback.
• Support store team with asset protection and operational controls.
