Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate through sizes from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to achieve service standards and omni-channel experiences.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities to drive results and resolve customer concerns.
