Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and keep shoppers’ favorite snacks front and center.

This frontline role covers store visits from Hayward, Fremont, San Lorenzo, and Castro Valley, starting early at 5:00–6:00 AM. You’ll drive your own vehicle, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and use an iPad with Salesforce to place

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to 여러 store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; capable of repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Hayward, CA; secondary locations Fremont, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; 5:00-6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
