Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Hayward/Fremont area to staff and merchandise our iconic brands in local retailers. You will build relationships, restock shelves, and execute displays to keep Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit front and center.

The role requires driving to multiple store locations, lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and starting early (5:00-6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid CA driver's license.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
