Mondelēz International in Hayward, CA is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz and other iconic brands to life in stores. You will perform in-store merchandising, build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and capture promotional displays using Salesforce.

This role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive your own vehicle with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Order product via iPad to maintain shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant while moving products and stocking shelves.
