Mondelez International in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions with Salesforce support.

The role emphasizes face-to-face store interactions, strong organization, and the ability to move products physically in a fast-paced retail environment. Open availability, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move product as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
