Mondelēz International in California is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores.

You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock while building relationships with store teams. This frontline role requires early start times, driving your own vehicle within a 25–35 mile radius of Ridgecrest and Bishop, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Willingness to lift/move up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Ridgecrest/Bishop, CA.
• Shift availability: Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri; 5:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock.
• Capture display photos and report insights via DMI/Salesforce.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Execute promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Travel to multiple locations; start early for coverage.
• Support seasonal events and new product launches.
• Ensure safety and compliance in physical merchandising tasks.
