Job summary

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering an amazing shopping experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to store goals.
• Uphold brand values and integrity.
