American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to enliven our store, create an exceptional shopping experience, and make guests’ days better.

You will help guests find items using the AEO Selling Model and educate them on AE/Aerie products with friendly, knowledgeable service. You’ll promote the loyalty program, assist guests across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and embody the brand values with energy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
