Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, greet guests, and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program to build lasting relationships. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to multi-task on a fast-paced sales floor; you’ll move between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be personable and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to explain AE/Aerie products and features to guests.
• Proactive in promoting the AE loyalty program and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
