You will engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, share brand loyalty opportunities, and flex across the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
