You’ll work across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, while embodying our values and delivering friendly, real service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to engage guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals.
