Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Springfield, MO to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll celebrate new parents, introduce baby essentials, and help prep for school moments while fostering inclusivity and a welcoming environment.

You will lead by example, coaching others, maintaining service standards, and driving an omni-channel experience. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and timely resolutions.
