Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Springfield, MO to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will coach a team, deliver exceptional service, and help customers find the right baby essentials and school items.

This role emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive environment and strong product knowledge. As a leader on the floor, you’ll drive sales, model service standards, and partner with store leadership to execute business plans while maintaining a safe, positive

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with computer tools, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate from preemie to size 14.
Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
Lead and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through.
Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing concerns.
Coach others to raise performance based on feedback.
