Carter's, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our baby and children brands. You will welcome families, explain product styles and benefits, and help prepare for school milestones.

Lead a small team, coach on service standards, and drive store performance through planning and follow-through. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product and brand expert for Carter's brands to assist families across all moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles and benefits.
• Lead and coach team to meet service standards and drive sales in a positive environment.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, drive results, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Build loyalty through company programs and provide timely feedback to improve performance.
