• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach others to success in service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities driving results and addressing customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities from feedback to improve store performance.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Provide timely feedback to Store Manager on performance.
