Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, and helping with baby essentials and school readiness.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide product and brand expertise across Carter’s lines.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and team members.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus areas with follow-through.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback to store team; participate in Leader on Duty duties.
• Support asset protection and safety/operational controls on the floor.
