Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coaching others to success and modeling service standards across omni-channel experiences.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
