Job summary

Carter's in Pennsylvania is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, educate them on baby essentials, and help prep for school readiness with a warm, inclusive approach.

As a leader on the sales floor, you will coach the team, manage priorities, and drive results through exceptional service, omni-channel engagement, and strong product knowledge across Carter's brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product knowledge on styles and benefits.
• Lead and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, drive results, and respond to customer concerns.
• Coach store team on service standards and omni‑channel experiences.
• Support asset protection with safety and operational controls.
