Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You are the face of our company and take pride in representing our values and the REAL you. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a 'friends first' mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You're a team player, ready to support the team and get the job done.
• You uphold integrity and follow AEO's policies and procedures.
