Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around sales floor, dressing rooms, cash wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Operate register and stand/move for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, travel if required.
• Build positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives; meets or exceeds KPIs and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly/quarterly/annual sales by upholding brand standards.
• Connects customers utilizing Polo Connect program and fashion knowledge.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Provides education on programs, resources, and brand offerings.
• Supports fitting rooms with sizing and store standards.
• Maintains store standards and completes opening/closing duties as required.
• Assists with floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
• Participates in trainings and company initiatives; upholds RL values.
