American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Friendswood, TX to energize the store and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You will represent our brand, share product knowledge, and build loyalty with every guest while embodying our values and bringing your REAL self to work daily. The role requires a passion for AE and Aerie products, strong people skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to drive sales.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
