You are the face of the brand, passionate about products and ready to represent our values with your REAL self. You will engage customers, educate on product details, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Able to engage guests and educate on product details.
• Represent the brand with authenticity and energy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
