American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, you’re proud of it, and you love the products while building brand loyalty with each interaction.

You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and always act with integrity and in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail
• Age at least 16
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Excellent interaction with customers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest fits
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy
• Support team to get the job done
