American Eagle Outfitters in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and making guests feel welcome.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them about AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving issues with integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer facing roles preferred.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to getting the job done.
