Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Heath, Ohio. You will bring the brand to life daily and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better.

You are the face of our company and share our values with your real self at work. You will engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and support store operations across multiple zones.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth store operation.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
