You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, with a passion for AE and Aerie products. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and collaborate with teammates across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Retail experience preferred.
• 16+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
