Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life at The Somerset Collection store in Troy, MI. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and help create an amazing shopping experience that leaves customers smiling.

You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, promote the loyalty program, and support the team with a positive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done and contribute to a positive store environment.
