You will flex across the floor, fitting room, and stockroom, always presenting the REAL you. You should love interacting with people, bring energy to a fast-paced store, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they want
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy
• Contribute to brand loyalty and share the brand love with customers
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done
