American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lexington, KY. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering a memorable shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest. You love the products and embody our values, bringing your REAL self to work.

You’ll engage guests with the AE Selling Model, share product knowledge, and invite them to join the loyalty program. Flex across sales floor areas and collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
