Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with your real self.

You’ll engage guests using our selling model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs. Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies
• Support team and collaborate to get the job done
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures
