Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Gadsden, AL to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing in-store shopping experience. You are the face of our company and help guests feel welcome, guiding them to products and loyalty opportunities.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across sales floor, fitting room and stockroom while upholding our brand values and policies.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers and build rapport.
• Energetic and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
