Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values to every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and introduce the loyalty program. You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, with availability—including evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, "friends first" approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintain teamwork.
