Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in the United States is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making every guest's day brighter. You are the face of our brand and will proudly represent AE values, sharing product passion with guests.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, energizing customers, building loyalty, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure every visit is

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and deliver friendly service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience and AE product knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to guide them to the right product.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
