Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Columbia, MD is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an excellent shopping experience and represent the brand with energy and integrity. You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

You should be a people person who loves retail, can handle evenings, weekends and holidays, and bring a friendly, proactive attitude to daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
