You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom. We value integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You love interacting with people and staying energetic in a fast-paced store.
• You have retail experience and are excited to represent AE & Aerie.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
