Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolve guest questions, and work with a team to achieve store goals. Must be energetic, love interacting with people and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need with a friendly, friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
