Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in Santa Rosa. You will create an amazing shopping experience, represent the company values, and engage guests with AE & Aerie products.

You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, using the AE Selling Model and a friendly, energetic approach to build brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Available to work part-time evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they are looking for using the AE Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
